A table set with intention invites you into the kitchen’s story — where garden and sea come together, spice and flame shape each dish, and tradition and creativity stay in quiet balance. Ingredients are gathered from this land and surrounding waters, with flavours that follow the seasons, the tides, and the natural rhythm of Lombok.
Meals are guided by presence, through thoughtfully composed plates, soft light, and the subtle sounds of jungle and ocean nearby — a place to linger, return, and share time around the table.
In keeping with the pace and atmosphere of the restaurant, we ask outside guests to take note of the following.
Reservations
Kuara Restaurant welcomes guests with confirmed table reservations only. A minimum spend of IDR 650,000++ per person applies to all outside visitors.
Dress Code
We recommend attire that feels comfortable and respectful of the setting — natural fabrics, covered swimwear, and barefoot elegance welcomed.
Age Policy
Kuara Restaurant welcomes guests 16 years and above, allowing the dining experience to move at an unhurried pace.
