The journey begins in the garden.
Along winding paths, guided by one of our chefs, you move between cassava, turmeric, leafy greens, and flowering trees — learning how most meals at Kuara truly begin: by touching the soil, smelling the leaves, and understanding what grows here.
Back in the open-air kitchen, the menu follows what the garden offers — or takes shape around a personal request, guided by curiosity and taste. Food is prepared by hand. You grind, stir, and work slowly, learning through movement and observation, just as knowledge has been passed on for generations.
What is made together is shared at the table — as it always has been.

The Farm to Table Journey & Chef’s Cooking Atelier is priced at IDR 750,000 per person.
